Cost & Value Optimization Expert

Cellforce Group GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cost & Value Optimization Expert to join our dynamic team. As part of the Cellforce leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global purchasing and business development strategy by driving cost efficiency and value creation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cost analysis, process optimization, and supply chain management to identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhance profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to implement strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain standardized cost analysis systems, tools, and methodologies for purchasing raw materials, services, and equipment on a global scale.
- Conduct in-depth cost analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing agreements and implement cost reduction programs.
- Provide expert guidance on make-or-buy decisions, considering factors such as cost, quality, and lead time.
- Support procurement negotiations for raw material purchases, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal contract terms.
- Lead global initiatives to optimize process costs and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Mentor and develop a team of cost engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support sales teams in bid preparation, price negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
- Proven track record of success in cost analysis, process optimization, or related field within the manufacturing industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and sales processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
