At our regional care organization, we are dedicated to providing support for approximately 75 individuals in the community. Alongside our traditional home care services, we also offer Assisted Living with 20 apartments designed for seniors. Our mission is to foster independence and a self-determined lifestyle through personalized care and assistance, while ensuring that our clients remain in their familiar social surroundings.
Position: Elderly Care Professional (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate support and care for clients in our home care program
- Administer essential basic and treatment care
- Document and plan care strategies effectively
- Uphold high-quality standards in caregiving
- Offer guidance and support to clients and their families
Candidate Profile:
- Completed training as an Elderly Care Professional or as a Registered Nurse
- For caregivers: Training as a Nursing Assistant or a Certificate in Basic Treatment Care is preferred
- Experience in senior care or nursing is advantageous, but we are open to welcoming newcomers and supporting their growth
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy when interacting with clients and their families, along with a solid sense of responsibility and dependability
- Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written
- Possession of a Class B Driver's License
