Als Sales Support Consultant w/m/d bist Du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Unterstützung von führenden Unternehmen in Deutschland und trägst zur Sicherstellung ihrer Zufriedenheit bei.
Was Dich erwartet:
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen bezüglich der Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung.
- Du pflegst die Kommunikation und Betreuung unserer Geschäftspartner über verschiedene Kanäle.
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Vertrieb, technischen Fachkräften, internen Abteilungen sowie Lieferanten und Herstellern, auch im internationalen Rahmen.
- Du kümmerst Dich zudem um die Pflege von Stammdaten und allgemeine Aspekte der exklusiven Kundenbetreuung.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine starke Teamfähigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
