Position Overview:
- Oversee and nurture relationships with existing clients in the Eastern Germany region.
- Identify and engage potential customers to broaden the client base.
- Facilitate training sessions and product demonstrations both in-person and virtually.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations, with assistance from the internal team.
- Promote sales growth and execute effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market dynamics and engage in relevant industry events.
- Regularly compile and present sales performance reports.
- Demonstrated B2B sales experience in sectors related to window coverings, automation, or Smart Home technologies.
- Completed vocational training or higher education in a commercial or technical field.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with a practical approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- 30 days of annual leave.
