Job Description

In Barleben bei Magdeburg, a new innovative production site is being built by HelloFresh. As a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d/x), we are looking for you. You have the opportunity to be part of the team from day one and support the Team Leader in the management of QS processes in the operational business. You develop solutions in the daily business and implement them with your team.

Please note that the position is limited to 2 years. A non-renewal after 2 years is aimed at.

Your Responsibilities
  • You conduct independent quality control of our boxes and meal kits.
  • You are the reliable support and representation of the Team Leader and Team Leader in the daily business.
  • You take over the responsible task of inducting new employees in production.
  • You coach production staff in handling products and ensure the high quality of our cook boxes.
  • You provide training for up to 10 participants on various topics related to food quality.
  • You accompany the production process and are the first point of contact for quality issues in production.
  • You are responsible for the inspections of the quality of the products used.
Your Profile
  • You have a qualification in the food industry, logistics, gastronomy or long-term experience in the food retail industry.
  • You have experience in leading employees (an advantage).
  • You are communicative, a team player and have assertiveness.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and are hands-on.
  • You speak fluent German, further language skills are an advantage.
  • You bring the willingness to work shifts and weekends.
