With 23 clinics and institutes, you will gain a broad spectrum of medical work experience and receive targeted training.

As a nursing specialist, you will independently care for and provide for people of all ages in all areas of care, based on nursing and medical principles.

The tasks of assessing nursing requirements, planning, organizing, and controlling, as well as evaluating individual care, are reserved for specialized nursing staff.

This ensures the quality of care. In addition, you will carry out medical orders, assist physicians, document patient data, and contribute to quality assurance.

We work closely with our nursing school to coordinate the practical and academic content of your training.

• Minimum secondary school diploma or equivalent recognized qualification
• Or secondary school diploma combined with a successfully completed training program of at least 2 years in duration or a successfully completed state-regulated assistant or helper training in nursing lasting at least 1 year
• Health suitability
• Extended certificate of good conduct
• Language level B2 for foreign school qualifications and recognition of education by the responsible authorities
• Residence permit for the entire training period

We provide training remuneration according to TVAöD (Pflege) and additional benefits such as company pension schemes, special payments, and company pension schemes.

In addition, 30 days of basic leave per year, support in finding accommodation, company health management, very good transport connections, and parking facilities.
