Digital Marketing Manager HD+

At SES, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager HD+ to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online performance campaigns using SEO, SEA, paid social, Google DV360, app stores, mobile marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company's consumer website, including a web shop with a rapidly growing product portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth through the sale of HD+ modules, renewals, and subscriptions to end consumers.
- Support the Head of Marketing and the marketing team in implementing 360-degree marketing campaigns across various communication segments.
- Manage small project teams across the business and brief and manage external marketing agencies.
- Deep experience in digital marketing and e-commerce for B2C in Germany, with a comprehensive understanding of online marketing functionality and performance KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of SEA, display, paid social, and affiliate marketing, as well as experience in target group analysis and selection.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a results-oriented approach and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating project teams and external agencies, with strong communication skills in German.
- Minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience with multinational companies in a responsible marketing role, preferably in the broadcast or telecommunications industry.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent, with other post-graduate marketing qualifications an advantage.
- Highly proficient in relevant tools such as Storyblok, Confluence, Jira, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Fluent written and spoken German for business reasons and good business English.
