Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager HD+, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement through the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online performance campaigns using SEO, SEA, paid social media, Google DV360, app stores, mobile marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize the company's consumer website, including a web shop with a rapidly growing product portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth from the sale of HD+ modules, renewals, and subscriptions to end consumers.
- Support the Head of Marketing and the marketing team in implementing 360-degree marketing campaigns across various communication segments.
- Lead small project teams across the business and manage external marketing agencies.
- Deep experience in digital marketing and e-commerce for B2C in Germany.
- Comprehensive understanding of online marketing functionality and performance KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of SEA, display, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience in target group analysis and selection.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to derive and plan online strategies.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a responsible marketing role, preferably in the broadcast or telecommunications industry.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Highly proficient in relevant tools such as Storyblok, Confluence, Jira, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Fluent written and spoken German for business reasons and good business English.
- Proven ability to develop effective strategies and plans for all aspects of digital marketing.
- Excellent experience in marketing planning, budgeting, and execution, with strong project management skills.
