Fund Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to join our team at Moonfare. As a key member of our Fund Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of our new European semi-liquid offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational implementation of our new European private markets semi-liquid program.
- Work closely with our Head of Fund Operations to establish a common operating framework for managing the semi-liquid offer.
- Provide reporting, valuation, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work on innovative private markets products and streamline and automate our internal processes.
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to drive new initiatives and investigate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience with semi-liquid funds and servicing these.
- Broad knowledge of private markets.
- Strong work ethic with a constant curiosity and a desire to learn and succeed.
- Project Management experience with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced excel skills and experience with database systems such as Tableau/fund admin tools/portfolio management tools.
- You value teamwork, structure, and bring a positive mindset to work.
- You're a clear and concise communicator with fluency in English.
