About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Agile Release Train at R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for steering the development of our Fremdanwendungen, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that they align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product requirements
  • Ensure that product development is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to stakeholders on product progress and status
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ITIL-oriented operations management and product development
  • Strong understanding of technical and business concepts, including Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
