RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee Pan-European distribution partnerships and manage global accounts for key clients. Engage in direct negotiations and promote sales for passive and wireless connectivity solutions. Develop, implement, and execute strategies for business growth and marketing initiatives tailored by product, region, and market. Drive sales and enhance market presence for Panasonic products by collaborating closely with product marketing and business development teams. Foster customer satisfaction, cultivate mutual understanding, and establish beneficial partnerships. Build and sustain a network across all levels of hierarchy between Panasonic and its clients. Regularly report on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, ideally within distribution or manufacturing sectors. Strong commercial acumen, with knowledge of passive components being advantageous. Customer-centric approach, solution-oriented mindset, and accountability. Exceptional networking and presentation abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude. Proficiency in both German and English. Willingness to travel as required. Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
