Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to join our team as an Application Consultant. Your primary role will be to implement the latest pharmacy management system at our clients' pharmacies and familiarize the staff with the features of 'IXOS'. You will work on-site as part of a team with colleagues by your side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement pharmacy management systems at client pharmacies.
  • Provide technical preparation, initial training, and follow-up sessions to clients.
  • Advise and support colleagues in telephone customer service.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or pharmaceutical-commercial employee (PKA).
  • At least two years of experience working in a pharmacy.
  • Passion for modern technology and innovative solutions.
  • Eager to contribute expertise and dedication.
  • Meticulous, structured, and systematic work approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
