Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled pharmacy professional to take on the role of Application Consultant. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge pharmacy management systems at client locations, ensuring that pharmacy staff are well-acquainted with the functionalities of 'IXOS'. Your role will involve working collaboratively with a team of colleagues on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to prepare for customer appointments, including technical setups, initial training, and follow-up support.
- Provide ongoing advice and assistance to colleagues in customer service via telephone.
Qualifications:
- Completion of training as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or pharmaceutical-commercial employee (PKA).
- A minimum of two years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- A strong interest in modern technology and innovative pharmacy solutions.
- A commitment to sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in your approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
