Category Management Lead - Food and Confectionery (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational and strategic assortment management
  • Promotion and seasonal management
  • Procurement including negotiation of performance and promotional conditions
  • Market observation and analysis, trend scouting
  • Management of internal and client-side coordination and projects
Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with several years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager (preferably in the food sector)
  • Relevant assortment knowledge and project experience in product categories is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with creativity
  • Independent and cross-functional thinking and action
  • Assertiveness and negotiation skills
