Job Title: Senior Project Manager in Automotive Software Projects
EFS, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing software projects in the automotive sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of software projects.
- Negotiate and manage subcontracting agreements and follow-up projects to meet business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budgets through effective project management.
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive/software sector.
- Technical degree or certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
