Senior Sales Manager Product Lifecycle Management

Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter, der sich auf das Produktlebenszyklusmanagement (PLM) spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Betreuung von Großkunden und mittelständischen Kunden aus den Branchen Automobil- und Fertigungsindustrie sowie Luft- und Raumfahrt konzentrieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuung von Kunden und Entwicklung einer werthaltigen Partnerschaft
  • Akquisition von Kundenprojekten für unser AMS-Portfolio
  • Verstehen des Kundenbetriebsmodells und Ergänzung oder Ersetzung durch unsere Dienstleistungen
  • Orchestrierung der verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartner im Sales-Zyklus
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Kollegen unserer Serviceorganisation
Voraussetzungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit PLM-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Dassault Systèmes-Lösungen
  • Gutes Gesamtverständnis für die PLM-Philosophie und Sicherheit im Vertrieb von Dienstleistungen im Betriebsumfeld und SLA-basierten Verträgen
  • Kenntnisse in den ITIL-Grundprinzipien und des Servicemanagements im Allgemeinen sind wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Aufwandsabschätzungen, Vertragsgestaltung, Verhaltensführung, etc.
  • Souveränes Auftreten und kundenorientiertes Denken
  • Stark ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Eine hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
