Compensation and BenefitsIn Austria, we provide competitive salaries along with additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Employment terms align with the collective salary and wage agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I. The monthly salary is distributed 14 times per year, with potential for higher compensation based on expertise and skills.

Qualifications- A Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a specialization in semiconductor physics being a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor sector, including at least 4 years in a project leadership role, preferably in chip technology development.
- A strong technical foundation in power electronic device physics and/or wafer technology development (semiconductor processing).
- The capability to navigate and lead in complex project environments, consolidating and presenting information to senior management, including technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., IPMA C) is advantageous.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
