Business Support Specialist, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor ESG and Sustainability Requirements and understand changing Reporting Landscapes
  • Drive implementation of Non-Financial Reporting Regulations (e.g., CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, and LkSG)
  • Data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Create Management Dashboards and develop data collection processes for sustainability reporting
  • Support compliance with due diligence obligations according to LkSG
  • Organize and prepare internal and external ESG Audits and reviews
  • Design and implement Sustainability-Related Projects

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or similar field, ideally with focus on CSR, Sustainability Management, Environmental Management, Controlling, Finance & Accounting, or Sustainable Finance
  • Experience in creating Sustainability Reports, ESG Reporting, and knowledge of ESG Standards and requirements (e.g., EU-Taxonomy, CSRD, LkSG) beneficial
  • Excellent Communication, Writing, Analysis, and Project Management skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
