Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team at Grohe Logistik Service GmbH. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods and materials
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
