Deine Aufgaben:

  • Von der Kontrolle und Bestätigung über das Settlement sowie die Urkundenerstellung bis hin zur Archivierung: In deiner Rolle wickelst du alle Geschäfte rund um unsere Treasury-Produkte ab.
  • Zudem betreust du fachkundig Geschäfte rund um Schuldscheindarlehen, Namenspapiere, Wertpapier- und Wertpapierpensionsgeschäfte – einschließlich dem Collateral Management.
  • Auf deiner Agenda stehen ebenso bestandsbezogene Aufgaben: Bearbeiten von Kapitaldiensten und offenen Posten, Kontrolle sowie Veröffentlichen von Zinsfixings und präzise Bestandsabstimmungen.
  • Auch beim Bearbeiten der Meldungen nach der AWV, der Geldmarkt- und Emissionsstatistik, der SFTR und der Statistik über das Wertpapierinvestment setzen wir auf deinen Sachverstand.
  • Ferner bearbeitest du die KYC-Prozesse von Neu- und Bestandskunden für unsere Treasury-Geschäftspartner – einschließlich Anlage und Pflege der Daten im Banksystem.
  • Last, but not least analysierst, konzipierst und realisierst du Änderungen an Meldevorgaben, legst Wertpapierstammdaten an, pflegst diese und stehst deinen Schnittstellenpartnern als Ansprechperson zur Seite.

Was du benötigst:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung – alternativ eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene bankfachliche Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufspraxis in der Handelsabwicklung einer Bank sowie Kenntnisse in Geld- und Kapitalmarktprodukten
  • Ein klares Plus: finanzthematisches und/oder geld- bzw. kapitalmarktrechtliches Know-how
  • Routine in der Anwendung gängiger Front-, Backoffice- und Settlementsystemen wie zum Beispiel Summit, SAP und/oder Xact
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
