About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist for Capital Market Transactions to join our team at Nassauische Sparkasse. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Specialist for Capital Market Transactions, you will be responsible for the execution of our capital market transactions, including securities trading, derivatives trading, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling our trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MaRisk, EMIR, and MiFIR.
  • You will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on capital market transactions.
  • You will contribute to the optimization of our trading processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • You will have a banking education and a higher education qualification, such as a degree in finance or a related field.
  • You will have a strong understanding of capital market transactions and securities trading, with experience in a similar role.
  • You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be proficient in MS Office and have a good understanding of EDV systems.
