Your Mission

Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, creativity, and collaboration. Be the driving force behind continuous improvement in our services.

Your Responsibilities
  • Streamlined Transfer Coordination: Manage international vehicle logistics and guarantee a flawless handover experience for customers at their preferred locations.
  • Exceptional Client Relations: Engage with partner agencies and key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maximize both revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle at our rental locations, ensuring effective shift management and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Operational Excellence and Innovation: Drive process enhancements and innovative solutions to improve operational workflows. Collaborate with IT to implement your strategic initiatives.
  • High-Level Communication and Coordination: Serve as the liaison among management, fleet operations, customer service, HR, and external stakeholders.
  • Location Management and Inventory Oversight: Ensure operational success from the launch of new locations to the optimization of existing infrastructures.
  • Performance Metrics Analysis: Evaluate revenue streams, customer satisfaction levels, budgets, and KPIs at rental sites to guide the team towards optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Educational background in business, technology, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in the mobility sector, car rental, logistics, or automotive industries is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in relevant roles.
