Join MAM Gruppe as a Senior HR Operations Partner. We are in search of a talented and seasoned HR professional to guide our dedicated HR team, focusing on comprehensive Human Resources functions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offering HR support and expertise to designated departments, providing guidance and counsel to management on HR and leadership issues.
  • Directing the design and implementation of organizational development and change management strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Engaging with labor representatives and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Enhancing and executing HR processes and standards to maintain uniformity across the organization.
  • Overseeing a team of HR specialists, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance initiatives.
  • Formulating and executing HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, including the management of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Designing and delivering training initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Partnering with senior management to fulfill organizational goals and leveraging HR data analytics for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR position.
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies, legislation, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
