Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices and labor laws.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve employee inquiries, HR operations tickets, and other HR-related matters.
  • Support employees and managers with HR-related issues, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge sharing within the HR Operations team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies and processes, driving operational excellence.
  • Contribute to global and regional HR projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on human resources.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational HR, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and locations.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
