Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and engage in contract negotiations with various departments, ensuring a smooth process from initiation to completion. You will adeptly manage timelines and responses.
- Utilizing our primarily English-language contract templates, you will draft contracts, customize them as necessary, and liaise with our legal teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Your keen attention to detail will ensure thorough contract reviews and drafting, as you will proactively seek clarifications and follow up to achieve optimal outcomes.
- As a vital link in the contract-to-contract process, you will provide advisory support and coordination for your colleagues in the contract group, assisting the relevant departments with contract-related inquiries.
- A university degree in contract management, international business law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in contract management, particularly with English-language contracts, including terms and conditions, cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Fluency in both German and English, with a strong grasp of legal terminology.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment, demonstrating organizational skills, diplomacy, and assertiveness.
- Proactive approach to information gathering to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office 365; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
