Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Partner Relations Manager to spearhead our partner management initiatives at DataGuard. This role is pivotal in executing our strategic vision for partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive partner management strategy to fulfill our organizational goals.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners tailored to specific market segments.
  • Ensure a seamless integration process for new partners, providing ongoing support throughout their engagement.
  • Collaborate with current partners across various departments to enhance synergy and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with top-tier Go-to-Market partners to develop collaborative business strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist channel partners in securing significant deals to optimize success rates.
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing partner management team aligned with our objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales through partner channels.
  • Proven track record in developing growth initiatives in a dynamic setting.
  • A degree in Information Technology or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or digital business frameworks.
  • Understanding of domains such as Cybersecurity, Compliance, or IT infrastructure.
  • A positive mindset with the ability to excel in a scaling organization.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and proficient communication skills in both German and English.
