We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Corporate Controlling to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial steering and decision-making through high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end indirect Free Cash Flow process, including monthly actual reporting and regular forecasting.
- Develop and implement best-in-class analytics, procedures, and processes related to Free Cash Flow topics.
- Support long-term simulations, scenario modeling, and target setting activities for Free Cash Flow and Operating Working Capital items.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance teams, including Corporate Tax, Corporate Treasury, and Corporate Accounting, as well as Market Finance teams.
- Drive fact-based and efficient decision-making by providing comprehensive financial analysis and simulations.
- Develop and present results-oriented communication packages to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow-relevant KPIs and ensure target and forecast compliance.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Accounting/Controlling/Reporting within an international company.
- Track record of outstanding performance in education and career.
