Client Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in project management for global initiatives at syncreon America Inc, you will oversee the effective coordination and management of our project execution and client assistance. Role OverviewYour Contributions
- Conduct negotiations on pricing and engage various service providers based on economic and logistical considerations.
- Facilitate freight procurement from both external and internal service providers across air, sea, and land transport.
- Plan the allocation of personnel and resources in collaboration with clients.
- Oversee and evaluate suppliers while managing the logistics flow.
- Prepare necessary freight and customs documentation.
- Draft quotations and manage invoicing processes.
- Review and control incoming invoices.
- Engage in effective communication with clients and service providers, both in writing and verbally.
Essential Qualifications
- Completed training in business management (m/f/d) for logistics and forwarding services or a related field.
- Some experience in international logistics, including the preparation and processing of customs and freight documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- A strong executor with the ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrating a high level of personal accountability.
- Self-motivated and characterized by a goal-oriented, proactive approach with high self-expectations.
