Senior Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consolidation Manager to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the consolidation process for our group financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the consolidation process for our group financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our consolidation operations.
- Collaborate with our accounting teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our teams on IFRS accounting and consolidation matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Lead the development of our IFRS Group Accounting Manual and ensure its implementation across the organization.
- Oversee the preparation of our monthly IFRS Group financial statements and ensure timely completion.
- Master's degree in economics or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IFRS consolidation and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in using consolidation software, such as SEM-BCS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
