Director of Marketing EMEA

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Marketing EMEA to join our team at JOTEC GmbH, a subsidiary of Artivion, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the EMEA region.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and research to ensure alignment and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and execute marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
