The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Global Health Platform Director to spearhead growth and innovation within our platform unit. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with our customer-centric approach. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading mergers and acquisitions activities and representing Ohly at the divisional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead the Ohly senior leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration and strategic alignment. Recruit top talent for the platform and provide coaching and development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Drive sales activities and strategic planning, focusing on customer engagement and business growth. Develop and implement strategies to position the platform as a key driver of Ohly's success.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead M&A projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with Ohly's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business degree
  • Over 15 years of experience in the food ingredients industry or related fields
  • Proven track record in strategy development and execution
  • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and communication skills
