Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Heidelberg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our branch management and team in organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for health insurance companies, authorities, and offices, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Correspond with the finance and payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Develop and maintain evaluations and statistics, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Create and manage contract documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the daily business of the HR department, providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable degree.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Office 365, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Customer- and employee-oriented, with a high level of commitment and willingness to perform.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
