About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at Speira GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Governance
    • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Incident Response
    • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Security Awareness
    • Design and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
    • Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure security controls are in place.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in information security.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
