Job Title: Project Manager - IT Product and Services

Job Type: Contract (12 Months)

Job Description:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1. Business Acumen: Proven experience in project management within the IT product and services domain.
  • 2. Leadership Skills: Manage and lead a team of developers and professionals, ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
  • 3. Process Management: Implement and oversee business processes in alignment with assessment guidelines and coding standards.
  • 4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior management to understand project requirements, set objectives, and ensure project alignment with company goals.
  • 5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with XSLT, German Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG), Eclipse RCP,.NET, C#, SQL-Server, Java, Ember, Java-Backend, and Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • 2. Team Management: Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency within the team, driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
  • 3. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • 4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
  • 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality project deliverables, adhering to company standards and best practices.
