Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen eine engagierte und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit als Konzerncontroller*in ESG / Sustainability Reporting für unseren Standort im zentralen Rhein-Main-Gebiet.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aufbau eines ESG-Reporting aller nichtfinanziellen ESG-Kennzahlen sowie Analyse und Plausibilisierung zur Sicherstellung der Prüffähigkeit
  • Erfassen und Einbinden der relevanten Datenquellen/Schnittstellen in die CSRD-Software
  • Ausbau der konzernweiten Data-Warehouse-Plattform sowie zugehöriger ESG-Berichte
  • Projektverantwortung für Teilprojekte und Projektaufgaben im Bereich ESG
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie Überwachung des Maßnahmenerfolgs und damit verbundene enge Zusammenarbeit und laufende Kommunikation mit den relevanten Fachbereichen
  • Monitoring neuer gesetzlicher Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance & Accounting, Gesundheitsmanagement/-ökonomie, CSR oder Nachhaltigkeit o.ä. bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung – gerne auch durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit - im Controlling oder in vergleichbaren Positionen, bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfung, Unternehmensberatung, einem Industrieunternehmen oder einer Nachhaltigkeitsinstitution
  • Idealerweise erste Praxiseinblicke in Themen der ESG-Regulatorik
  • Kenntnisse von Reporting Prozessen sind von Vorteil
  • Offenheit und Neugierde gegenüber neuen Themen und Änderungen in der Regulatorik / CSRD und EU-Taxonomie
  • Grundsätzlich eine hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen, gerne auch mit SAP
