Position: Asset Management Specialist
We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team at Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart, a prominent healthcare institution committed to excellence and continuous improvement. We are in search of a proficient Asset Management Specialist to enhance our finance division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee asset management across various entities, including year-end financial closure activities
- Track and reconcile construction assets, particularly for intricate projects
- Assess acquisition and production costs while ensuring compliance with applicable hospital regulations
- Administer grants and financial accountability, along with budget management
- Collaborate with diverse departments on interdisciplinary initiatives
- Manage VAT responsibilities, including preliminary returns and declarations for mixed-use properties
- Utilize banking software and manage user permissions
- Identify and enhance existing operational workflows
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance or business administration, such as a Certified Accountant
- Extensive experience in asset management, ideally within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with hospital accounting practices and subsidy regulations is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and open to learning new software
- Knowledge of SAP (FI, AA) is preferred
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong commitment to quality and accountability
- Ability to work independently, with a structured and collaborative approach
