Financial Operations Manager

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations, collaborating closely with our COO and every department to ensure seamless financial management. You will oversee invoicing, supplier relations, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve our financial systems and processes.
Key Performance Indicators- Financial Tracking: Improve our Excel systems within the first 3 months, making data work for us.
- Supplier Invoice Accuracy: Ensure 100% precision on supplier invoices, month after month.
- Timely Customer Invoicing: Keep our invoicing on point, getting them out within 5 business days and aiming for a 95% on-time rate.
- Accounts Receivable: Slash overdue payments to under 5 days with proactive follow-ups.
- Experience in Finance: You have navigated the financial landscape, ideally in startups, and know how to keep things running smoothly.
- Process Lover: You thrive on setting up and refining processes for maximum efficiency.
