About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized working student to join our team at the SAP Experience Center in Walldorf. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and orchestrating customer visits, providing technical and storyteller support on the show floor, and driving operational excellence in various topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer visits, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our guests.
- Provide technical and storyteller support on the show floor, showcasing SAP's innovative solutions and products.
- Drive operational excellence in areas such as event planning, logistics, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded and flexible, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a desire to take on new challenges.
- Some technical/IT interest, with a basic understanding of computer systems and software.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in German and English.
