Job Title: Head of Clinical Advisor Germany

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Advisor to lead our team of clinical advisors in Germany and Austria. As a key member of our ClearCorrect team, you will play a crucial role in driving clinical activities for our users within the DE/AT hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and preferences in collaboration with the EMEA Ortho Business Unit to support users in achieving clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Training & Education Team to identify and develop local mentors and speakers focused on successful ClearCorrect application.
  • Collect user feedback and share best practices and improvement opportunities with the Ortho Business Unit teams.
  • Deliver clinical training and education to key users through online presentations and on-site workshops.
  • Train sales, marketing, and service teams in the DE/AT hub on established treatment protocols to support users in patient selection, treatment planning, and clinical management.
  • Attend key customer and KOL meetings with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Be part of a high-performing team achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Dentistry or related field.
  • Experience with Aligner Therapy and orthodontic knowledge.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in clinical roles.
  • Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent support and service and a high level of sales and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Player-Learner mentality, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
  • High learning ability and curiosity for new knowledge, with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Proactive thinking, taking responsibility, and a 'can-do' mentality.
  • Good PC skills, particularly in MS Office tools.
