Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Clinical Advisor Germany and Austria to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of clinical advisors in Germany and Austria. Your primary focus will be on providing expert clinical guidance and support to our customers, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes with our products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and preferences in collaboration with the EMEA Ortho Business Unit to support customers in achieving clinical success.
  • Work closely with the Training & Education Team to identify and develop local mentors and speakers who can effectively communicate the benefits of ClearCorrect.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share best practices and areas for improvement with our ortho business teams.
  • Deliver clinical training and education to key customers through online presentations and workshops.
  • Train our sales, marketing, and service teams in the DE/AT hub on established treatment protocols to support customers in patient selection, treatment planning, and clinical management.
  • Attend key customer and KOL meetings with our sales and marketing teams.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Dentistry or related field.
  • Experience with Aligner Therapy and orthodontic knowledge.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in clinical roles.
  • Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good proficiency in German and English.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional support and service, with a high level of sales and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Player-Learner mentality, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented mindset.
  • High learning ability and curiosity, with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Proactive thinking, taking ownership, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Good PC skills, particularly with MS Office tools.
