Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the development of market-leading software solutions for risk management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to clients in the development of software solutions for risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Focus on quantitative risk management, including credit, market price, liquidity, and operational risks, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with a development team to design and implement software solutions
  • Analyze business requirements as the interface between the business and IT departments
  • Develop and refine business concepts and data models, as well as data flows and data models
  • Describe and conduct business and functional tests

Requirements

  • Personal background: successful completion of a degree in economics or a related field (e.g., bank clerk)
  • Expertise: practical experience in consulting or banking, as well as initial experience in software development projects
  • Soft skills: strong communication skills, moderation talent, team ability, structured thinking, and analytical skills
  • Enjoyment of varied tasks: planning, controlling, and implementing consulting projects from idea to project acceptance
