Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Cloud Infrastructure SRE Engineer, der sich auf die Implementierung und Verwaltung von OpenStack- und Kubernetes-Umgebungen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil des Site-Relialibity-Engeering Teams sein und die Aufgabe haben, eine hochperformante Cloud-Plattform auf Basis von OpenStack zu entwickeln und zu optimieren.

Hauptherausforderungen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung einer hochperformanten Cloud-Plattform auf Basis von OpenStack
  • Betreiber und Optimierung der technischen Prozessabläufe durch effiziente Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung in den Programmiersprachen Golang und/oder Python
  • Bereitstellung von Baremetal-Resourcen verschiedenster Hersteller auf Basis von OpenStack Ironic und internen und/oder OpenSource-basierten Tools
  • Verwaltung der umgebenden Linux-basierten Systemlandschaften (z.B. Kubernetes, Proxmox) und Gewährleistung der hohen Verfügbarkeit unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Implementierung und Wartung von Monitoring und Logging (z.B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) für einen stabilen Betrieb der Plattform
Voraussetzungen
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von OpenStack- und Kubernetes-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung in Golang und/oder Python
  • Erkennung und Analyse komplexer technischer Probleme und effiziente Lösung
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen
  • Kenntnisse in der Bereitstellung, Skalierung und Optimierung von Baremetal-Resourcen
