About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at CJD NRW Nord. As an Erzieher (m/w/d) in der KiTa Waldhügel-Zwerge, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children from 0 to 6 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Betriebliche und pädagogische Begleitung von Kindern
  • Umsetzung von Betreuungs- und Förderangeboten auf Basis der Einrichtungskonzeption
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern / Sorgeberechtigten bzw. mit dem Elternbeirat durch Informations- und Erfahrungsaustausch, Beratung, Elternabende
  • Mitwirkung bei der kreativen und fachlichen Gestaltung der Einrichtung
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d), Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Heilpädagogen (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder
  • Vergleichbare Qualifikation nach Maßgabe der Fachkräftevereinbarung NRW
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung der Logopädie oder Ergotherapie
  • Freude am liebevollen Umgang mit Kindern und deren Familien
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kreativität
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit
