Role Overview

As a 3rd Level Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. Your role will involve addressing complex technical challenges, ensuring the delivery of stable and reliable services.

  • Assist customers through our ticketing system, prioritizing prompt issue resolution.
  • Diagnose platform-related issues, providing immediate solutions or escalating them in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee and maintain managed services for clients, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Deliver technical assistance for both 3rd and some 2nd-level customer inquiries.
  • Install, configure, and update Cuculus solutions customized to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to relay bug reports and work together on solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possesses a degree in IT or relevant professional experience as a career changer.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience with Linux, particularly in hands-on support roles.
  • Proficient with Red Hat and its derivatives (CentOS, Rocky Linux) and knowledgeable about High Availability (HA) configurations.
  • Capable of interpreting log messages, managing certificates and keystores, with foundational knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
  • Holds an LPIC 1 certification, ideally.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Demonstrates diligence, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English for business communication.
