Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our dynamic Commercial Management team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in offer calculations and prepare and review contracts
  • Conduct contract negotiations and create and monitor project budgets and costs
  • Manage project-related risks and claims, and evaluate and clarify contractual points
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to resolve project-related, tax, and insurance issues
  • Update project forecasts and manage contract and customer relationships

Requirements

  • University degree or completed apprenticeship in business administration or project management
  • Strong experience in a similar function, with knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB)
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3
  • Motivation and independent working style, with excellent team spirit and communication skills
