Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in offer calculations to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Prepare and review contracts, collaborating with stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Oversee risk and claim management, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Evaluate and clarify contractual points, service differences, and billing supplements.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to resolve project-related, tax, and insurance issues.
  • Update project forecasts to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate contract and customer management with Project Managers.
What We're Looking For:
  • University degree or completed apprenticeship in business administration or project management.
  • Strong experience in a similar function, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB) is a plus.
  • Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R/3, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Motivation, independent working style, and excellent team spirit.
