Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, this role is for you:
- Independently manage national and international clients regarding all taxation inquiries from a corporate/employer perspective in both domestic and international contexts.
- Assist and support clients in preparation for and during tax audits.
- Coordinate the clarification of issues and their tax treatment with tax authorities.
- Draft correction letters and assist clients in the context of tax declarations.
- Oversee process evaluation and optimization to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide conceptual support from a tax perspective regarding employee benefits and compensation optimization.
- To be a (Senior) Manager in Global Mobility Solutions - Taxation (m/f/d), you should possess a background in financial administration (Diploma in Financial Administration) or a well-rounded degree in business or law.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a tax department of an internationally operating industrial or consulting firm, particularly in taxation, including managing tax audits, with extensive and solid expertise in taxation and have successfully completed the tax advisor examination.
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and responsibility, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, especially in client interactions, along with flexibility, openness, and thoroughness.
- You have the capability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of IDEA is desirable.
- Fluent English language skills complete your qualifications.
