At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a (Senior) Expert Global Mobility. As a key player in our international assignment strategy, you'll shape and execute frameworks for global moves, ensuring compliance with tax, immigration, social security, and labor laws in both home and host countries.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain competitive global mobility policies that align with immigration, tax, and labor laws.
  • Manage compliance with global mobility regulations, mitigating potential risks related to immigration and non-compliance.
  • Oversee external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, and talent acquisition to align mobility practices with business goals.
  • Analyze mobility data for budgeting, cost projections, and process optimization.

Requirements
  • Over 8 years of experience in global mobility, with a proven track record of managing international assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive understanding of immigration, taxation, and labor laws for international assignments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and global mobility management tools, plus basic payroll understanding.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with high cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Strong business acumen, efficient process management, and ability to confront and resolve conflicts effectively.
