Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Specialist to join our team at Techem. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop innovative concepts for process digitization, focusing on data exchange and integration.
- Collaborate with our software development and quality assurance teams to design and implement modern cloud-based solutions.
- Work closely with our Product Owner to maintain product backlogs and ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze data exchange files and formats, and implement format descriptions to ensure seamless data transfer.
- Participate in process design and improvement initiatives to drive business efficiency.
- Address and resolve product and application issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a stable and secure technical work environment.

Your Profile:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in process, product, or project management, or as a Product Owner.

- Strong customer orientation, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Independent worker with IT affinity and interest in innovative solutions.
- Team player who values collaboration and mutual motivation.
