We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Business Expert SAP HANA Plan to Produce and Quality Management EMEA Hub. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing regional business requirements and adapting end-to-end business processes to align with global templates in the SAP S/4HANA system. You will work closely with deputy/hub process owners to drive harmonization and standardization, and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, such as data cleansing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze regional business requirements and develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region, mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments.
- Help with the creation of training material and, if required, end-user training under the coordination of the training lead.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management.
- Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on PP and QM.
- Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modeling.
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders.
- Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus.
